David has made board and senior executive appointments across businesses of every size, shape and industry over his career in talent acquisition.
More recently he has focused on global board and senior executive appointments, across all functions and phases of development, within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, MedTech, CRO/CDMO and consumer health sectors. He has also acted for the advisory businesses that support those sectors: accountancy, corporate finance and management consultancy.
Background
David holds a BSc (Hons) in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Manchester and a GlaxoSmithKline-funded PhD from the University of Durham. He was subsequently founder and director of a contract research organisation spun out of the University of Durham, before entering executive search in 2007.
He is also a founder, investor and director of the digital medical device company Orpheus Mind Technologies.
