Individually identifiable information obtained by David Jay Associates will be processed using our secure cloud-based system. As part of the services we deliver, your personal information may be provided to David Jay Associates’s clients, affiliates and licensees. David Jay Associates operates in numerous countries throughout the world and may therefore transfer personal information to its clients in other countries. Such countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your home country and may not provide “adequate” protection for personal information within the meaning of your local laws. David Jay Associates implements reasonable and appropriate security measures in respect of the personal information it receives and processes. We do not sell personal information to other organisations, but may be required by law to release details, for example under a subpoena or an order of a court of law.
